Roots & Wings

family Camp

JUNE 26th-29th

Roots & Wings Family Camp is a sacred and playful gathering for families ready to reconnect — with nature, with each other, and with themselves. Hosted at Rejuvenation Sanctuary in the beautiful wilds of Northern Idaho, this unique experience blends ceremony, creativity, and earth-based living to nurture both grounding and growth.

Over several days, families share in movement,

art, storytelling, and nourishing meals

while exploring the many acres of forest

and meadow that

surround the Sanctuary, along with access

to the 80-acre nature preserve next door.

From peaceful walks to community circles by the water’s edge, the land itself becomes a living teacher — inviting presence, curiosity, and connection.

(Please note: our pond is home to beloved beavers and other wildlife,

so swimming is not permitted.)

Together, we remember how to root deeply

in what sustains us and how to stretch our wings toward what’s possible.

Come join us for a heart-centered journey of belonging, balance, and renewal — a time for families to laugh, learn, and heal in harmony with the Earth.

Vision

Roots & Wings Family Camp

is about remembering

how to belong — to ourselves, to each other,

and to the Earth.
“Roots” symbolize grounding, family, and

connection to the land.

“Wings” represent freedom, expression, and

the courage to grow beyond what we’ve known.

At this camp, families come together to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover the simple joy of being in community. Through shared rituals, play, and learning, children and adults alike are invited to explore the balance between rooted presence and expansive growth — the two forces that sustain all life.

It’s not just a camp

it’s a living ceremony of family, earth, and spirit.

Mission

Our mission is to provide families with a sacred, playful, and immersive experience in nature where grounding and growth are nurtured side by side. Through hands-on activities, creative expression, movement, and community rituals, we support each family member in reconnecting with themselves, each other, and the natural world. Roots & Wings is about cultivating presence, curiosity, and resilience—helping families plant deep roots while discovering the freedom to stretch their wings.

A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity.

If you have one, embrace it.

If you need one, seek it.

If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in.

    Hold on.

    Love it up.

    Get Naked.

    Let them see you.

    Let them hold you.

    Let your reluctant tears fall.

Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle.

    You will be changed.

The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it.

    Please, please allow it.

"The things that women reclaim are often their own voice, their own values, their imagination, their clairvoyance, their stories, their ancient memories.

If we go for the deeper, and the darker and the less known...

    we will touch the bones"
